Delivery within Australia

cleanwater currently uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia.

We suggest Registered Post 

Registered Post offers:
An identification number for each article
Signature on delivery
Compensation of up to $100.00 for loss or damage during carriage - this may be paid at Australia Post’s discretion.

Express Post can be provided at a cost to you of $15.00 (up to 3kg). The Express Post service includes tracking and signed for delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days from date of sending. Destinations are Australian Capital cities (except Darwin) and selected centres.

International delivery

International delivery can be arranged by emailing sales@cleanwaterkits.com.au

Delivery insurance

All Registered Mail  deliveries include compensation cover by Australia Post of up to $100.00. If cleanwater products are lost or damaged during delivery, compensation may be paid at Australia Post’s discretion. Note that compensation does not cover items that have been confirmed as delivered by Australia Post.

Delivery packaging

All cleanwater products are packed in a secure protected parcel to ensure they are delivered to you safely.

Delivery delays

cleanwater uses the services of Australia Post for all deliveries which carry Regular Post,  Registered Post and Express Post assurances. cleanwater cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strikes or transport complications.
